What is your check-in and check-out time?
-You may check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 12:00 noon.
Is early check-in and late check-out allowed?
-Yes, but subject to availability.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi access?
Yes, but only in public areas like the Angga Restaurant and reception area.Currently, the limited infrastructure in the Guinticgan-Carles area makes it challenging for us to provide steady and reliable internet connection. But we are working with a Telecom company to address this issue. For now, take advantage of the chance to disconnect and totally relax during your holiday.
Does your room rate include breakfast?
-Yes, rates already include breakfast which is served daily from 6:00AM to 10:00AM . We serve buffet breakfast during high occupancy days. When there is low occupancy, guests may choose from our a la carte options.
Can I store my luggage after checking out?
-Yes, we have a luggage storage facility for guests whose departure flight or travel time is in the late afternoon or evening of the day of check-out. Please approach our front desk for more information.
Do you have a smoking policy?
-Solina upholds a No-Smoking Policy in the rooms. For smokers, there is a designated al fresco smoking area at the back of Angga Restaurant.
Can you book me an island-hopping day tour to Islas de Gigantes?
-Yes, we can book for you an island-hopping day tour to Islas de Gigantes. Please contact our Reservations Team for the full list of rates and inclusions. We recommend that you book your day tour at least three (3) business days before your arrival so that we can make arrangements with our third-party providers and ensure an enjoyable trip.
How far is Islas de Gigantes from Solina?
-It takes approximately an hour from Solina to the island group. Land transfer to Bancal Port is about 15 minutes away from the resort, and the boat transfer to the first island in Gigantes takes about 45 minutes. This may differ depending on weather and coastal conditions.
Which is the nearest airport?
-Roxas Airport in Roxas City is just a 1.5 hour drive to Solina. The Iloilo City International Airport in Cabatuan, which is a 3-hour drive to the property, is another option. Both airports serve flights from and to Manila and Cebu. Those coming from or going to Davao and Palawan are serviced by the Iloilo International Airport.
Do you provide airport transfers?
-Yes, we have van transfers to and from Roxas City or Iloilo City for a minimal fee. Please contact our Reservations Team at least two (2) business days before your arrival so that we can make arrangements.
How can I get to the resort from Iloilo City or Roxas City via commute?
-If coming from Iloilo City, go to Jaro bus terminal and take a Ceres bus bound for Carles. If coming from Roxas City, go to the Pueblo de Panay terminal and take a bus or van bound for Carles. You may also ride a taxi, which can take you directly to the resort.
